Welcome to 86bos. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 86bos online gaming platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Account" means the unique account created for you to access our Service.

2.2 Account Creation

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an Account. During registration, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account password and username.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.
• Notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.

You may not create more than one Account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

86bos is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance procedures, we require all users to verify their identity before making withdrawals. You agree to provide, upon request:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the last 3 months).
• Additional documentation as reasonably required to verify your identity, age, and source of funds.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time and to restrict Account functionality until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your 86bos Account using the payment methods specified on our platform, including:

• Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon)
• E-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja)
• Other payment methods as made available from time to time

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours. Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may experience delays until the next business day.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts during business hours (09:00-22:00 WIB).
• First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours.

We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests and to delay processing if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. We do not charge withdrawal fees for amounts above Rp 500.000; withdrawals below this threshold may be subject to nominal processing fees as disclosed during the withdrawal process.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

86bos operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns may trigger additional verification requirements or Account review. We reserve the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 86bos may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds (and sometimes deposit amounts) must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or be excluded entirely.
• Bonuses may have maximum bet limits, maximum win caps, and expiration dates.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or exploiting software errors, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential Account closure.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of disputes regarding Promotion terms, our decision is final.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 86bos and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service, including game providers.
• Any content obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your Account or content.
• Technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions in Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to 86bos in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 86bos, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If informal resolution is not possible, you agree that any legal dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international arbitration standards. Our decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus disputes, and Account matters are final and binding.

8. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw your remaining balance, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In the event of termination for breach, we may forfeit your Account balance and any pending winnings.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 86bos and its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
